Yes. We prepare a free, tailored quote based on your installation. You are under no obligation and there are no administration fees.

Within a 15 km radius of Geraardsbergen we do not charge any travel costs. Beyond that, a limited fee may apply — this is always stated clearly in your quote in advance.

After completion you receive a digital invoice with VAT details. Payment is made by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice. For recurring maintenance contracts, we use fixed periodic invoicing.

No. We work exclusively with pure, demineralised osmosis water — 100% eco-friendly and safe for your panels. No limescale residue or streaks remain after drying.

A standard residential installation is usually finished within 45–60 minutes. We clean up to 10,000 m² per day.

Drone cleaning is safer (no climbing work or aerial work platform), faster and treats panels without mechanical contact — so there's less risk of micro-scratches. Nobody needs to get on your roof and no heavy equipment is required around the building.

In general, every installation benefits from an annual cleaning as part of routine maintenance. For agricultural sites, industry or busy traffic routes, we recommend 2 cleanings per year.

Yes. Our method also works for roofs, facades, verandas, warehouses, garden sheds and other hard-to-reach surfaces. Contact us with a short description or a few photos and we'll review the options.

Usually not. We only need a flat set-up area and access to a water and/or electricity connection. We arrive at the agreed time and bring all the equipment ourselves.

Safety comes first. We monitor wind, precipitation and visibility right up until the flight. In unfavourable conditions, we reschedule the job free of charge to a safer moment.

Yes. Every job concludes with a professional report including before-and-after images and recommendations.

Roof and facade inspections, industrial installations, solar panels, wind turbines, bridges and infrastructure. We combine high-resolution RGB imagery with thermography where it adds value.

Thermography captures temperature differences, revealing hotspots, defective cells, moisture ingress and insulation loss — problems that aren't visible to the naked eye.

As standard, we deliver within a few working days after completion. For urgent cases or damage claims, we can arrange an accelerated delivery.

Yes, fully. We hold liability insurance in line with European and Belgian regulations for drone operations. Certificates are available on simple request.

Our pilots hold a valid EU drone licence (Open A1-A3 and A2) and operate in the specific category (STS-01 / PDRA). For every mission outside the standard category, we carry out a SORA risk assessment.

Yes, subject to prior authorisation, a risk assessment and — if required — coordination with the local authority or air traffic control. We arrange the permits and formalities for you.

All footage is stored securely, used only for the purpose of the assignment, and retained within the agreed period. People, number plates and neighbouring properties are anonymised on request.

Our method is contactless: no weight or mechanical pressure is applied to your roof or panels. We use adjusted water pressure and inspect the installation beforehand for any existing defects.

We serve the whole of Belgium, with a base in Geraardsbergen. Beyond a 15 km radius, travel costs may apply.

For standard assignments we typically schedule within 1 to 2 weeks. For urgent situations, we'll discuss whether a faster follow-up is possible.

Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the set-up area with a water and/or electricity connection. Many clients do choose to be present when the images are delivered.
