Cleaning facades, homes and warehouses — without scaffolding.
We clean facades, roof surfaces, commercial buildings, warehouses and homes from the air with osmosis water and controlled pressure. No scaffolding, no aerial platforms, no risky climbing work — just a visible, documented result.
From villa facades to industrial warehouses.
Every building type requires its own approach. We tailor pressure, flow rate and products to the material and degree of soiling.
Soiling costs more than appearance.
Moss, algae and build-up retain moisture and structurally damage facade material, joints and coatings. Timely cleaning extends the lifespan of your building and avoids costlier repairs.
Our processWhy choose a drone over scaffolding?
From request to completion report.
- 1Request & intakeYou provide us with the address, building type, height and estimated surface area. We review the surroundings via satellite imagery.
- 2Analysis & quotationYou receive a fixed price per m² or a flat rate per building, with clear terms of execution.
- 3Flight preparationChecking airspace, obstacles and safety zones. Where required, we request authorisation from skeyes.
- 4Pre-cleaning surveyHigh-resolution images of the facade before the start — as a reference and for your records.
- 5CleaningCleaning with osmosis water and controlled pressure, adapted to the facade material. Eco-friendly products where needed.
- 6Rinse & inspectionRinsing with osmosis water so no streaks or residue remain.
- 7Completion reportBefore and after images, treated areas and recommendations for maintenance frequency.

Everything about facade cleaning.
Don't see your question here? Send us a photo of the facade and you'll receive a concrete proposal within 24 hours.
Which facades can be cleaned with a drone?
Sandwich panels, glass, concrete, brick, rendered facades, wood and metal cladding. For very porous or loose materials, we first carry out a test area.
Up to what height can you work?
In practice up to around 60 metres, depending on wind, surroundings and airspace. That covers most warehouses, offices and apartment buildings.
What does facade cleaning cost?
The price depends on surface area, height, degree of soiling and accessibility. We work with a fixed price per m² or a flat rate per building — always agreed in advance and without surprises.
Is there any disruption for residents or staff?
Minimal. There is no scaffolding and no indoor works. We only ask that windows be closed and vehicles temporarily moved.
Do you use chemical products?
By default we clean with osmosis water. For stubborn moss or algae we use biodegradable products that are safe for greenery and drainage.
How often should a facade be cleaned?
For commercial buildings we recommend every 2 to 3 years, for homes every 3 to 5 years. In an agricultural or industrial environment, more often.
Can this be combined with other services?
Yes. Many clients combine facade cleaning with solar panel cleaning or a roof and thermographic inspection in the same visit.
