New service

Cleaning facades, homes and warehouses — without scaffolding.

We clean facades, roof surfaces, commercial buildings, warehouses and homes from the air with osmosis water and controlled pressure. No scaffolding, no aerial platforms, no risky climbing work — just a visible, documented result.

What we clean

From villa facades to industrial warehouses.

Every building type requires its own approach. We tailor pressure, flow rate and products to the material and degree of soiling.

Commercial buildings & offices
Sandwich panels, glass fronts and concrete facades — cleaning without interrupting your operations.
Warehouses & halls
Large surfaces in a short time, including hard-to-reach sides and rear walls.
Homes & villas
Front facades, gutters and roof surfaces of private homes, safely from the outside.
Industrial sites
Silos, tanks and industrial cladding with pressure adjusted per material.
Roof surfaces & tiles
Removal of moss, algae and atmospheric build-up without stepping on the roof.
Apartment buildings
For property managers: facade maintenance across multiple floors without scaffolding or nuisance for residents.
Why clean

Soiling costs more than appearance.

Moss, algae and build-up retain moisture and structurally damage facade material, joints and coatings. Timely cleaning extends the lifespan of your building and avoids costlier repairs.

Our process
Moss & algae
Green build-up retains moisture and accelerates the ageing of facade material and joints.
Atmospheric pollution
Exhaust fumes, dust and soot leave a grey haze that damages your building's appearance.
Limescale & rust stains
Water and metal traces under windows, roof edges and fixtures.
Agricultural & industrial dust
Dust and soot build-up on warehouses and halls near fields, construction sites or production facilities.
Advantages

Why choose a drone over scaffolding?

Safer
No work at height: no scaffolding, aerial platforms or rope access, and therefore no fall risk.
Faster
Where scaffolding takes days to set up, our drone is in the air within the hour.
More water-efficient
Targeted misting uses noticeably less water than classic high-pressure cleaning.
Material-friendly
Pressure and flow rate are set per facade material — no damaged coating or joints.
How we work

From request to completion report.

  1. 1
    Request & intake
You provide us with the address, building type, height and estimated surface area. We review the surroundings via satellite imagery.
  2. 2
    Analysis & quotation
You receive a fixed price per m² or a flat rate per building, with clear terms of execution.
  3. 3
    Flight preparation
Checking airspace, obstacles and safety zones. Where required, we request authorisation from skeyes.
  4. 4
    Pre-cleaning survey
High-resolution images of the facade before the start — as a reference and for your records.
  5. 5
    Cleaning
Cleaning with osmosis water and controlled pressure, adapted to the facade material. Eco-friendly products where needed.
  6. 6
    Rinse & inspection
Rinsing with osmosis water so no streaks or residue remain.
  7. 7
    Completion report
Before and after images, treated areas and recommendations for maintenance frequency.

Frequently asked questions

Everything about facade cleaning.

Don't see your question here? Send us a photo of the facade and you'll receive a concrete proposal within 24 hours.

Which facades can be cleaned with a drone?

Sandwich panels, glass, concrete, brick, rendered facades, wood and metal cladding. For very porous or loose materials, we first carry out a test area.

Up to what height can you work?

In practice up to around 60 metres, depending on wind, surroundings and airspace. That covers most warehouses, offices and apartment buildings.

What does facade cleaning cost?

The price depends on surface area, height, degree of soiling and accessibility. We work with a fixed price per m² or a flat rate per building — always agreed in advance and without surprises.

Is there any disruption for residents or staff?

Minimal. There is no scaffolding and no indoor works. We only ask that windows be closed and vehicles temporarily moved.

Do you use chemical products?

By default we clean with osmosis water. For stubborn moss or algae we use biodegradable products that are safe for greenery and drainage.

How often should a facade be cleaned?

For commercial buildings we recommend every 2 to 3 years, for homes every 3 to 5 years. In an agricultural or industrial environment, more often.

Can this be combined with other services?

Yes. Many clients combine facade cleaning with solar panel cleaning or a roof and thermographic inspection in the same visit.
